I used a thread chaser when I installed my ARPs...

I used a thread chaser when I installed my ARPs vs a TAP. One of the Viper vendors even mentioned I didn't even need to do that as it was over kill. Something is definitely off with your set up.

I change mine out every 3-5k or so. There are not that bad on mine since I'm running a VEC/SCT combo. Probably not needed that often, but it's easy preventative maintenance.

Not bad, I would have thought it would produce more boost with stock heads and the 3.2L. My 2.8L with a 2.85" pulley and GG heads is @10lbs of boost. Keeps us updated with how your rear plugs look...
