I think that is really a big part of their early success. Coming from Lights or F3/F2, it's a healthy step-up in power, with good downforce increases. The rookies were probably thinking "Wow - all this power and downforce. COOL!" While the regulars were skating around and having to hit different marks for braking, turn-in and power-down. Except for the full course yellows, it was an entertaining race with beautiful cars.

Just finished the race, the new cars look great with the exception of the nose it is still to damn wide and takes away from the rest of the car.
Wickens is going to be a PITA for the old guard if he keeps driving like he did today the rest of the year. Alex did what he had to do I just wish it didnt end like that.
Always great to see Seb get a W feel bad for Schmidt though.
