Ceramic Coatings.

OK. I have a 94 RX-7 R2, twin turbo. I just sent off my downpipe to get ceramic coated. This is the part that comes right off the turbos, replacing the piece of shit unnecessary pre-cat that the car came with.

I thought I would post this, because I figure some of you guys get your headers or exhaust parts coated.

Here are some shots of the dp, before and after.
FYI, he only does the outside, but some gets on the inside too.

This is the coating rated to 2000F, the guy also does a silver/grey coating
rated to 1400F.

Here is where I got it done. This is the price sheet page, so you can get
an idea: Industrial Ceramic Coatings

I'm not really getting the point of that post, but I'll add this: the good part about the silver coating is you can polish it with Mothers and it looks as good as chrome.
