Race Deck or Epoxy?

I am trying to decide between epoxy or Race Deck to cover the garage floor at our new house?

I see the benefits of both...... cost is lower for the epoxy, but I can ultimately take the Race Deck with me when we move (we will probably not live in this house more that 3 to 5 years)

So what does everyone here have on their garage floor?

Thanks in advance,
Lance

Re: Race Deck or Epoxy?

I did epoxy. The Race Deck is easily damaged when jacking cars up. Jack stands will crease/cut racedeck if you don't put something under the stands.

The epoxy is easy to install/cheaper.

But the racedeck looks awesome.

It really comes down to money and preference.

Re: Race Deck or Epoxy?

I just installed racedeck in my smaller garage. So far so good. I still have some work to do to the rest, put the cabinets togethers and all the crap away.

Epoxy, you never have to take it up and clean underneath it,or between the grooves. cleans off very easily, either just hose off or broom and it comes quite clean.
