Inflatable bladder for door adjustment

Forget about floor jacks and towels - here's the perfect tool to support the door while it's still latched. Get to all of the adjustment bolts at once! :D

Now why didn't I think of that! I have to adjust my pass side door. I'll give this a shot.

Hmmm... i have to replace the hinge on my driver side door on the GenV. These bags may at least help stabilize the door a bit but this is going to suck and not in a good way.

If you are completely removing a hinge, they will be of no help while the hinge is off. Best to install the bag(s) flat, close the door firmly latched, then swap the hinge. Once bolted back up you can inflate a bottom bag to get sill gap right. Then, put it right below the striker plate and inflate to control front/rear door gap. This saves countless cycles of open/loosen/jack adjust/tighten/close/check fit.

Thanks Dean, i think the hinge on the GenV is located on the inside vs. outside on the GenII. I'll have to double check later but pretty I have to have the door open to replace the hinge. If you hear swearing from CT its me.
