Does this washer need to be replaced?

I'm planning on updating my lifters to the slow bleed style since my motor is apart...

This washer has split when removing them from the lifter bracket. Do I need to be concerned? Can I reuse these bolts?

I can't seem to find this bolt anywhere...

Can't answer your washer question, but that is definitely a reusable bolt (with LocTite) and one that you don't want to over-torque.

Turns out it really ISN'T re-useable... to be safe anyway... The washer is built into the bolt, ($10 each, but he way) and the washer is a crush type washer...

to be safe, i'm just gonna buy new ones...

That must be the Hennessy price, around $3 for everyone else.
