The voltage meter in the car is pegged, i replace the coil packs and the car runs great for a while and it does it again. My guess is that the voltage regulater must be bad. Can over voltage cause the coils to break down. I believe the coils can break down when they heat up, and when they are cold thay dont, when i put a load on them they break down maybe due to a crack? I cant seem to figure it out, fuel pressure is 55 lbs all the time so its electrical and not fuel related
can someone help
