If you wrap the exaust use titanim header wrap, i currently own 4 turbo SBF mustangs and all have it (hot side and down pipe) for years and none have rusted thru or cought on fire. All turbo cars i build for guys use it and no report of issues ever with it. I would definitely vent the side seals but without cats the wrap might not be necessary.
