High Flow Oval Catalytic Converter, Pair
Original equipment catalytic converters are very restrictive and build a tremendous amount of heat on Vipers. Our higher flow converters have been dyno tested to show power and throttle response improvements over the stock cats. These are high quality converters that come with a 5 year /50,000 mile warranty. Internal metallic "o-ring" construction prevents the substrate from deteriorating in high RPM and load conditions. Dyno and emissions tested. 14 to 17 horsepower gain over the stock Viper converters with improved throttle response. The Viper utilizes two catalytic converters.

Pros:	Large, free flowing cats. Drastically reduced side sill temps. Better exhaust note.
Cons:	Tight fit.

Pros:	good price compared to ceramic converters
Cons:	perception of being cheaper

Nice high flows. I've had them on my '95 where they gave me 20hp with dynomax mufflers and smooth tubes. Sounds much better (deeper) than stock and it will blow the cuffs on your pants' legs. When I added Belanger's headers, the sound was awesome, and I picked up 20 hp more for 399hp at the rear wheels.

Pros:	Improved exhaust note, cooler side sills
Cons:	none

Dramatically improved exhaust note and the side sills are noticeably cooler.

Must be installed per Sean's instructions at an angle in the side sill and they fit perfectly.
