Pros:	Actually protects the facia.
Cons:	If you are low enough you can see it.

I put one of these on and it has saved my facia on several occasions. The guard sacrifices itself and protects the most sensitive part of your front end. Just inspect it every now and then to make sure it isn't bent. It's very easy to hand straighten if it is. Installed correctly it is virtually invisible unless you're on your stomach. The $125 investment pales when compared to repainting your facia (several times).
