Pros: Improves shiftiing
Cons: can get hot in the sun.

I would like the surround to be available in cognac as well. Overall it looks better than stock and shortens the throw.

Pros: Exceptional quality
Cons: Not good with B&M shifter

The shifter is good - but with a B&M it's too low and too much effort. For what it's meant to do (work with the factory shifter linkage) it is very good - 90% of what a B&M will get you with 1/3 the price and 100 times easier to install.

The 'trick' setup for drag racing is B&M + stock knob - the fast guys know you need the leverage to shift quickly.

Pros: Looks Great & Works Great
Cons: None

Looks Great & Works Great - I have mine in the satin finish to match my other satin finished factory trim rings.

MGW has since come up with a satin finished shift knob exactly the same except it comes in colors for $10 more - and they have it in Viper Race Yellow, so I might be getting it and selling my current knob.

Pros: Great feel, perfect shifter
Cons: none

I have the shifter with a red emblem on it, looks great! Haven't missed a shift yet. A definate must over the stock knob.
