They do look bad now, but the fog lights were rusted junk to begin with.
I believe they were an extra set he had that he wanted to see if it could be salvaged.

There was no photoshop used on these pictures, I'm not sure why he thinks that either.

The cost for shipping is not really a big deal, if he sends it in I have no problem having it redone and adding a check for shipping costs. Rather than resolve, he preferred to make a fuss about it.

The damage occurred when they were shipped back because of how they were packaged when they were sent in.
Several Viper vendors use our services without issue and still continue to do so, and we've done thousands of parts with happy customers. In the end I'd like to reach an amicable resolution.

The offer still stands to redo the parts, even though it won't win over anyone here.

Yes, it is entirely unreasonable for someone to expect something to be done right the first time after paying for said something in advance.

That silly AB. He should know better than to assume that a refinisher would properly pack the refinished product for the trip home.

First off I sent you detail pictures of the fog house lenses and what condition they where in. You told me the price and said I had to send funds in advance which I did. You then ship me back 4 fog light housing in the crap condition they are in now. You told me you could do this job. You then ship them to me with no packing material either. You could of gone in your bathroom and taken toliet paper and wrapped them, but what you did instead was have me take your crap instead you call chroming. Do you think I want to trust you now? I am the one fussing? Heck yeah I am fussing, I have nothing and you got my money. These fog lights are made by Carello which are no longer made for the Diablo. I can't afford another one of your screw ups or even take the chance you will lose them in spite. I think the easiest way and right thing to do is refund my money. You just don't get it do you. You messed up and I take the hit?

Those pictures you have do not look no where near the condition they are in!!
