Tuning By Sean Roe...
I am bringing Sean Roe into northern Illinois on the 3rd and 4th of October to tune my engine.

We currently have three people that are going to be dyno tuned. We have room to add a couple more.

Please contact me via email (royfouts@comcast.net) if you are interested in having Sean tune your VEC controlled engine.

I hope this does not violate any rules here...I emailed admin...but have not received a response.

If this generates some interest, maybe we can repeat it each year...a good reason to share a beer with like minded people if nothing else!

If we can get a few more to join us, I will be able to reduce the cost a little for each person. A rebate if you will!

Great...here are the details:

Tuning by Sean will cost $375 paid in advance. The price includes dyno time and tie-down services by Westech.

We have structured the cost so that if we get three or four more than planned we will divide the additional funds among the people who were tuned. I will also pay $375...any dollars in excess of paying Sean and Westech will be divided between the participants. This is being designed as a self liquidating event. We all want tunes from Sean...this seemed to be a way to get it done. I had planned to just fly Sean in to do my rig...but it just seems good for all if some others can get their engines done too.

The $375 is a great deal in my opinion...it could end up being less...no promises, but it is possible. I need two more for break-even, if they don't happen my tune is a little more expensive...but my wife is very generous!

P.S. I need the $375 to reserve a slot. Currently there are two scheduled for Friday afternoon and one for Saturday morning and one for Saturday afternoon. First money in gets first choice on time...seems the only fair way to do it.

OK...here is the tentative schedule:

Scream now or forever hold your peace...or is it piece...???

Sean arrives in Chicago at 10:30 Friday, Oct 3. Roy will transport him to Fouts Residence...drop off luggage get lunch, and go to Westech Automotive in Silver Lake.

Roy's Toy Truck to be tuned 1:00 - 3:00

Joe Bryant 3:00 - 5:00

6:00 Dinner at 75th Street Inn (eight or nine people estimate.)

Sean to Fouts home for Friday night. (Wadsworth, IL)

Saturday Oct. 4

Matt McCarron 8:00 - 10:00

Steve Smith 10:00 - 12:00

Lunch at local Bar...we can drink our calories...

Wayne Rider 1:00 - 3:00 ???

Matt DevilDog 3:00 - 5:00

Sean and Roy retire to Wadsworth and have dinner at Stevens 7:30 pm (Gurnee, IL)
