I spent $31,000.00 with roe racing in 2006. Upon Receipt of my 95 rt/10
it was filty running on fumes and did not run properly. Needless to say I
was shocked, contected Dave Immediately and informed him the the
drivability problem an invited him to fly to california for inspection. Howerver,
he declined. No attempts were made by roe to fix the problem. I Decided
that I had to fix my viper locally and took it to DC Performance. (Great shop
to work with) after extensive hours of diagnosing, they fixed the Viper.
Apparently it was a combination of errors by Roe Racing. The cam timing
heads, injectors etc. was the problem. Sean Roe Himself Acknowledged
their mechanical error and offered to reinburse me. Howerer I spent over
$7100.00 out of my pocket to fix roe racing's errors. To this date Sean Roe
has not paid any amount. I was forced to hire an attorney in Florida and
Sue him for my damages. I have spent over $3000.00 in attorneys fees and
if it goes to trial perhaps thousands more. For all you people I challenge
Roe racings reputation and integrity. BEWARE, I Strongly suggest not to do
Business with Roe Racing. Everyting discussed above has been documented.
I Have written documents from sean roe himself if you wish I could fax it to anyone
who is interested to really find out their reputation. The cam timing was off by I guess
one degree. the performance heads were warped and exhaust valves were too tight
not rotating properly etc. etc. The supercharged motor had to be taken appart and check.
and then reinstalled and dyno tuned all over again. He Offered my attorney $4500.00
for my expenses, however After spending over $7100.00 Plus Attorneys fees of over
$3,000.00 I turned it down. We May go to trial if any one has any sugestions I like to
hear it.

$31,000 all the way from Ca.
Holy ouch. Did you do any research first ??
Per your thread title, what did the s/c have to do with your problems ?
I spent 50k with them. I helped them during some very hard times. I went the extra length to help shop members with various things. When the truck broke 400 miles (for the 2nd time) from their shop, I never got return calls the next day. Thank god for underground. UG will get ALL of my dollars now.
The reason the bill came to 31K was because I believe I was over charged. Also they did
more than just supercharge. Heads, exhaust, cooling clutch, etc. etc.
I shipped my viper it was in their shop for 3-4 months paid roe racing 31K. received
the car with drivability problems. I invited dave to fly to CA. If all well with the car I
offered to reinburse all expenses. Roe racing denied my offer I guess they don't stand
behind their work. I challenge roe racing to contact me and prove me wrong. All I'm
asking at this time is to cover my out of pocket expenses. So as you can see my
experience with them was not so good.

1. OK, one more time because you obviously missed it the first time... STOP WRITING ABOUT THIS if you are going to COURT. Keep writing about this if you are not. If it ends up in a court room, anything that you say on here, will be used against you. Let your lawyer, with whom you have already hired, talk for you in court.
2. Last item, if you were working with ROE to repair the problem, why would you go out and spend another pot of money with a different shop to get it right? That is just not logical, even though I am sure you wanted to get it back on the road. If you had spent $31k already, you were in pretty deep to the first tuning company and must have had faith in them to begin with. Never mind, don't answer this line of questioning... (see para 1 listed above).
3. OK, really the last item. Folks, a 95 R/T street value is about what he put in to this ride give or take $3k to $5k, makes for a pretty damn expensive sled of upwards of $62k to $68k. Yikes!!!

U'mmmm he hadn't posted about it for over a month, you brought this back to the top.
I think he is being untruthful here and I am calling 95rt/10 out. If he had an attorney, he would not be saying "I challenge roe racing to contact me and prove me wrong. All I'm
asking at this time is to cover my out of pocket expenses." If what you say is true, the $4500 offer I would have taken. I own a Roe and I am not thrilled to death with their service to be frank, but the product has worked fine, I did the install myself, the instructions and service need some polish, but I also try and understand that people are human and make mistakes. I called Sean and let him know of a few problems and he had excellent communication with me and acknowledged when there was a Roe mistake. I stopped dealing with Roe Racing when I asked for a copy of the instructions for a Boost a Pump that was purchased from Roe by Kenny Katowick and then Kenny sold it to me without the Roe instructions. After telling Sean that Kenny sold me his old Boost a Pump without instructions and Sean personally told me they didn't have separate instructions, only the factory ones. Well, I know that not to be true, it was as if I was trying to get free advice from them and frankly their service has been less than stellar, so now I just buy elsewhere. I spent $10K at Roe and my buddy Kenny Katowick spent $15K there or so, but it was as if I was asking for his instructions for a part I bought from Summit or the like. That was my last straw and the other stuff was petty and the product is decent and takes a beating. Bottom line is Sean is a smart guy, I think a good person, makes a decent product, but their service in my opinion is less than stellar but I don't think this happened as you said it did based on you posting and having an attorney.
Gary
PS: I didn't post about the Roe stuff before as or get into all the relevant issues and still haven't because it didn't need to be put out there really. I just think my level of tolerance for service is less than a normal person and I admit I am picky. I run my computer business with a fine tooth comb and have a VERY LOYAL following as I do things 100% the first time and when I buy things I expect the same. If I posted every time my expectations were not met, it would be daily, but I would not give Roe an F rating, but they would get a C- for service overall from me and that is the fact and it kind of sucks posting it as Sean has been nice and polite on the phone, but my feelings based on what I have seen, again not putting it all out there is what it is a C-.

Now that the prices of virtually everything are going up and up and now that thousands of people are losing their jobs everyday as the US goverment still hands out 10,000+ checks to those people just getting off the boat, I think I will take a boat ride and get in line, I sure could use the money to pay for the gas in my Viper and GTO!
Never had an issue w/ roe racing. Also never spect the dollars there some of you others did so weigh my response accordingly if you wish. All I can say is I got everything I purchased, as decribed, and on time. I even asked them to fax me instructions on several occaisions for the vec wiring instructions and the blower instructions as I was, at the time, comtemplating buying them. Got the instructions faxed to my office in under 5 minutes too. To each his own, as always it is buyer beware.
