What this guy did was take my fog light housing that needed to be rechromed from a lamborghini Diablo. Carello does not make these lights anymore and they are worth their weight in gold. I happen to get a set second set of Diablo fog lights that required some work to make them right. I thought it would be good to have a back up set. I ask this person if he could chrome them and he say no problem. I pay him in advance trusting he will do a good job. I send the fog lights in a small box and since they were needing to be refinished anyways...packing is not a huge deal. I put a little bit of packing in the original box to help them from not banging against eachother during shipping.
This person partially chromes my fog light housing and does not finish the entire housing like he was suppose to and agreed on. He then sends all four of them back to me and does not use any box stuffing to prevent the partially finished lights from banging around in the box. He could of gone to his bathroom and shoved toliet paper in the box to protect them from hitting eachother. When I contact him and he say's it my fault for not sending him extra box padding when I shipped the lights to him. He then says that it's his employee's fault and wants me to send him more money to fix his incomplete work and poor packaging. I spent about $170.00 with him to do this small job, but he has no follow through customer service skills and blames it on his employees like it's not his fault.
This experience with this wanna be vendor is the reason why I take care of all my customers like the way I do. I don't want you to feel like I do when dealing with people who talk big and deliver small. I am just giving a warning of my experience with this person. If you do business with him then that is up to you. You can count on me not treating my customers like the way he did with me.
I will be sending off my lights to another person who chromes. I have some 18 Lamborghini Wheels from a Diablo Roadster which are about $8K wheels that will need to be chromed and I tell you what I am glad I didn't send these OZ 3 piece wheels to this person.
Good luck to anyone who deals with this guy. Pictures coming soon of his workmanship.

Just happened to run into this thread.
Here's the rundown, it was poorly packaged orignally by Adam sent back in his box.
We offered to redo the part and only asked to just to pay return shipping.
Here's the pics of before and after.
Offer still stands to redo the fog housings.

why didnt you PACKAGE them correctly? hell, i would try to keep shipping weight down if they are going to get re shipped... you guys couldn't find some packing peanuts (hell, a cubic yard of them is only 25 bucks...) YOU should have offered to redo them at your expense. you fucked it up. not him.
Here's the real pictures of what I got back from this Brian guy who sends his stuff out. I highly doubt he does any kind of in house chroming since he had me send them to his apartment..(That was stupid on my part). I give him these Lamborghini fog light housing to redo and told him I wanted these done nicely. I like how he darkens the pictures and just shows one side. This Brian guy could of gone in his bathroom and shoved toliet paper in the box to prevent them from banging around. But even if they weren't banged around they still came out looking like...well I will let you all be the judge. This guy acts like he is out and doing me a favor to fix my housing if I pay him a small fee, plus shipping cost.
Some may had better luck with him, but he was just a headace and doesn't stand behind what he does. I promise none of you will ever expeirence something like this when you buy from me. Maybe I should have my customers send me boxes with packing material before they get their products...nah!! Wouldn't want to be like this guy...not even close! I would say the only way to make this right is send me my money back in full. I wouldn't trust sending these carello light housing back to you since these things are very rare and are not made anymore for Lamborghini. They are worth their weight in gold. I have a person in TN that will be redoing these the right way. Good thing these are back up set for my car.
It's up to you if you want to do the right thing. If you do I will do a follow up post on here. Otherwise, everyone can take their chances with their high dollar parts with you.
Here's the real pictures and not some pictured that was darkened.
Tell me about it. You all know how detailed I am about my cars. Even when working on other people's vipers I treat them like they are mine....I guess this guy wanted to make a fast buck off of me and he did. It's not worth going after him. Pictures speak for themselves. I obviously put allot of work in my Ferrari and lamborghini to get this kind of results. I don't think so. Oh well, maybe he will do the right thing.
Thanks for the heads up, Adam. I was in the market of having my outer lips chromed on my Iforged. Thanks for taking one for the team. I also looked at a company in Nashville, I wonder if it is the one and the same? I will be sending my pieces to Brown's Plating right here in my home town. They have had commercial contracts with Harley and now they are taking on "regular" customers at this time.
Adam does put a lot of work into his Ferrari and lamborghini and should have got much better results. He has done a lot of work on my Viper and always treated it like it was his own. Great customer service.
