We finally finished the build on our new SRT 8 Charger, what a car. We posted a new record for this car this weekend running 12.1 @ 116 mph for with the new 426 Stroker Motor. We worked with Indy Cylynder Heads and Power Ported Performance installed the naturally aspirated motor and this car is a blast to drive. Hopefully some of you you will see this car at our open house April 14, 2007 in Crozier, Virgina....
Dyno Numbers ; 630 To the Crank
Torque; 700 ft pounds
I am telling you this car is a beast. if we had had slicks, heavier half shafts we could have run in the 11's. Anyway ifanyone needs performance work done call us.

Yes, pics please! Very curious how it runs and if you had to swap out the stock computer. I have a 300C SRT8 that would be fun to mod if not too expensive. Not anytime soon (broke), but someday!
This is the Package for the Charger, 300 , Magnum, Jeep
2006 – SRT 8 – 426 New Hemi Legend – - This car was built by our parent company Route 6 Motorsports in conjunction with Indy Cylinder Heads and Power Ported Performance, over $16,0000 has been spent in the motor alone. A sleeper that has proven faster than many factory built production cars, but keeps the option of driving it to get groceries and in a hurry if needed. The numbers have proven lethal – 630 hp to the crank and 700 ft #’s of torque. The fastest time in the ¼ mile to date 12.19 @ 115.9 mph 1.7 - 60ft time. Below is a list of modifications installed in the car. This car is being sold to build two other SRT (LX) Platform vehicles the 300 SRT & Magnum SRT with this same set up. The car ran on street tires only twice and has stcok half shafts. There will be three options on the packages which will be on our web site in the next couple of weeks. This is a naturally aspirated car, no nos or blowers. If I had a little time to learn the car it was capable of running low 11's. We are going to see what numbers we get out of slicks and half shafts being built. I will let you know once I have accomplished this goal. Also lastly we are having an Open House on April 14th come by and take a ride in the car, bring your Vipers, Chargers, 300's and SRT Jeeps. I hope you can make it!

Low 11's is a pretty big leap. You only ran 115mph. Regardless of your traction issues, your MPH should be similar to if you had traction. That being said, you're a solid 7mph short of running low 11's.
Don't get me wrong, it's impressive. I would just wary of someone claiming low 11's when they're not even in the 11's yet.
Here are the pics of the 426 New Hemi Legend Stroker Motor. It only costs 1million dollars to build for you guys it will cost only a third. Casey for you just get dinner and a day at the spa. The car is actually for sale now as we are moving on to build a SRT Jeep with same package and a 300 SRT.
You guys interested that asked for PM's please call me directly at 1-804-784-7208. Don't forget our open house and also that this car is naturally aspirated.
Great run, but SRT8's have been in the 11's for quite some time.
YouTube - 11 second 300SRT8 Here is one running 11.50's with a 6.1 supercharged motor and running on 22" wheels. This was done over 6 months ago.
Only 1 has been documented to be in the 11's. And that was in Sacramento with a GSM supercharger. And it wasn't on 22's. Also there is a couple SRT-8's running low 12's with a 123mph, 122mph, and a 119 mph. One was Hennessey's Charger, the other was a Arizona Power and Sound NOS'd 300C SRT, and the last was a GSM Stroked and Supercharged Charger.
This is an awesome accomplishment for an N/A SRT-8. Awesome job, Jeremy at PPP is a great guy.
