I just wanted to say that Joe is a Top notch guy. He has walked me through so much stuff over the phone, that I feel bad to even call him anymore
I was needing a little help adjusting fuel and timing with the vec2 , and every question I had, he took the time to answer it, walk me through it, and even be on the phone with me when I took it for a test drive to get the feedback right away.
Joe just left here yesterday from tuning 5 supercharged cars. I must say he is a first class guy who not only knows how to tune a Viper but is very enjoyable to be around. All 5 Viper owners were very happy with there numbers. 3 of the 5 hit over 700 to the wheels. These cars also have never drove so nice on the road. Joe offers the whole package and hope to have him back to MN soon.

Like many have found out....Joe fucking falls off the earth when you have issues with your car...Oh I almost forgot...what about the cars that are collecting dust around and near his shop all summer. Im sure a few of them have been fucked with a $400 Storage fee like me. After my car sat for three months and he ignored phone calls, I got it the fuck out of there!

You must not be one whos car is sitting in the shop! I see your local, you know what im talking about then. I know several members in the area who told me I should of never sent it there in the first place. As for the avatar, from what I hear it looks like you!

Joe did heads, cam and tuning on my Ram SRT-10. Joe has been nothing short of outstanding in my experience.
I got all that I paid for and much more. I have stopped by his shop more times than I can count even after the job was finished and he always takes the time to answer all of my questions. The heads and cam work he did on my truck was outstanding.
Joe even re-dyno'd the truck for me on a Saturday to re-check my tune (at my request) and wouldn't let me pay him for it.
I feel for you, that you weren't as satisfied as I am. But knowing Joe as I now do, I have to suspect that there is more to the story than you have told here. I can't see Joe intentionally screwing customers around for no reason. How could anyone stay in business that way?
When I was at Joe's shop in April everybody stopped by Joe's shop to get quotes on modifications wanted on their cars.
Like Vipertruck2933 said, I'm sorry about your dis-satisfaction. When I returned to western Kansas I called Joe to adjust my a/f on my Paxton setup because I was a couple thousand feet higher in elevation and the track I would be visiting for drag racing (Bandimere in Denver) typically has density alt around 9 or 10K ft. Joe stepped me through the process of adjusting various parameters in the VEC through my laptop. It took a few times (baby steps) to raise the a/f to a comfortable level but Joe answered the phone every time and without a hitch.
I'm sorry you're having problems with Joe, my experiences were nothing but excellent.

Let me get this straight......when ever anyone stops by, he drops what he is doing to talk, re-dyno cars, answer a multitude of calls with questions/needs, unscheduled quote requests, help with post delivery tuning, flys out to tune a bunch of cars, etc. and you can't imagine that as a result, other cars/customers might be just sitting, waiting or can't even get scheduled as a result???? Cause and effect, cause and effect.

No one ever said that Joe was a crook and I now he is not. I know several people who have been VERY patient with him but there has to be a line drawn somewhere.
