Super Thnks Underground Racing!

Just wanted to put a word of thanks out to Kevin and KC at underground racing.
I have a SRT Ram with a PTK twin system installed and have had problems with it for months now.
I called Kevin about it ,he said come over let us take a look at it.
I went over this morning, they took the time out from getting a car ready that had to go out monday morning to look at my truck and the problems.
they made 3 dyno pulls and some pressure checks.
Kc took the time to explain in every detail from idle to WOT what was going on,timing , fuel curve,equalization the whole works, even explained how the controller itself worked.
Then Kevin took the time from what he had to get done and explained in detail also, showing me parts, and which parts I would need, how much it would be, and how long it would take, and how it would affect things, and even asked how far I planned to go.

Overall they went way out of thier way to make sure I understood everything I needed to do, what it would cost, and how long they would need it(about 3 days)
Then they asked me to join them for lunch, with KC insisting on buying. We didnt talk work or money at lunch, but instead just joked around making fun of the help, that talks on a cell and sweeps at the same time!
And when I returned, would not take any money for the time they spent on my truck, to me this is first class.
so guys thanks a million for sorting out my problems, and call me when there is an opening,I promise it wont be driven or moved until then.

Im New To Viperalley But Just Wanted To Give A Big Thanks To Underground For Getting To My Car So Soon. I Was Looking For A Low Mileage Gts For A Long Time And Finally Found One Worth Buying. I Located A 97'red Gts With Only 250 Original Miles. I Decided To Have It Shipped To Underground After Reading About Them On Here For Several Months. I Wanted To Build A High Hp Viper And Saw They Were Doing Big Things With Twin Turbos. I Called Them Up And Talked To Them About What I Had And What I Wanted Done. They Were Very Informative And Explained Everything In Detail. The Only Issue I Had Was Im In Orlando And They Are In Charlotte Nc. I Heard Good Things About Hefner And Macedo, Not To Mention They Were Local But After Speaking With Ugr The Distance Didnt Matter. I Knew They Were Very Busy But They Told Me To Ship It To Them And They Will Get On It As Quick As Possible. The Car Is Almost Done Now And I Cant Wait To Pick It Up. I Dont Think I Really Know What Kind Of Power This Car Will Have. Im Going To Ask Kevin And Kc To Send Me Some Pictures Soon So I Can Post Them On Here. Thanks Again Guys, See You In A Few Weeks.

My Underground Racing tuned Viper runs better and better - it's simply amazing that a Viper as powerfull as mine can run so nice on the street - almost like a stock Viper the way it drives and yet when asked to run like a race car does so and loves doing so.

Keven & KC took only a few months to find everything my former tuner did wrong to my car which was almost everything he did and fix everything right.

Underground Racing is the model for all tuners to follow - do it right the first time and have super customer service. Underground Racing earned the right to have free advertizing on the back window of my Viper.

Met Kevin today and KC....They are class acts.....Showed me around in their shop even when they just had a few hours of sleep.....Those guys work hard and they had plenty of Vipers to work on....If anyone sends them their car they take good care of it while it is here.....Can't wait to see you at the track soon at Rockingham....
