Jon sent me stuff without receiving my check. Very trusting person. I needed some VM windows for the weekend and he sent it (check was being fedex). He has the best prices I think around and gets things done. I don't really ask him about tech questions, just product info. I ask tech questions to Sean and the sources. But he is a great businessman.

I bought several things form JonB and had no problem at all. I'm pretty new to the scene so when I called he spent about 30 minutes talking to me and explaining the difference between all the items I was ordering. I will order from him the next time I need parts.

I've bought thousands of dollars worth of stuff from Jon B. He knows his stuff, is very responsive. He doesn't mind spending the time to talk with you about the things he sells. A good guy to deal with, as he seems concerned with creating long-term customers, not just making the quick sale. It works, as I'll be a Parts Rack customer for a long time. Highly recommended!

Made one purchase (SRT k&N aircharger) from PartsRack and received the item in three days. Order was placed on a Monday morning and delivered Wednesday afternoon (from Washington to New Mexico). In that three day time frame I received an order confirmation email and a phone call to advise of the probable delivery date. The transaction quality was well above average considering how many online purchases I make. I would recommend JonB/PartsRack to any Viper owner.

I needed a set of high flow cats and eibach springs. I called him and the next day they were at my door. I agree that at times he can be rough around the edges, but he has really come through for me in the past.

He's always been good to me. Some days you may have to be thick skinned--or, just use his online service. Otherwise, face it there's a host of other vendors out there who are just as competitive, some who are more user friendlier then others.

I have dealt with Jon B since I got my Viper. He has always been extremely helpful, and time permitting, willing to spend time answering questions, giving recommendations, etc.. At times he may seem to be terse, but one has to understand that he is juggling many balls at once. He does not mean to be short, he is simply in 'driver' mode. All transactions went great, and his service is fantastic. I have bought higher end mods from him, and got GREAT prices!

A quick anecdote re his service:
I had ordered rims and tires from him and the order got misplaced ( never happened before ). I needed them in time for a Viper event, and when the error was discovered, he shipped better rims and tires ( already mounted and balanced ) IMMEDIATELY with priority shipping - no extra cost to me. I got them in time for the event. That is service.

I purchased a K&N intake before I decided to purchase my Supercharger from Partsrack. The guy was great to me, helped me out, and was very intelligent. Great guy, and deserves much praise.

All I can say is he was straight up when i dealt with him. He actually wanted my MOPAR ecu that I had for sale in the classifieds. I worked a deal and paid some extra for 2 new front tires. All I can say is I had the front tires within 3 days. He was a good guy to deal with.
