Well I had a great experience with Mike from HRE. I purchased some wheels from Elite Motorsports and they told me they were sending me HRE 847R wheels and what showed up at my door? CCW wheels. I spoke to Mike at HRE and he set me up with a dealer that was going to take care of me on the price but I just dont have the sack yet to pay 9k for 20inch HRE's. If anyone wants the details of the Elite Transaction I can send all of the documentation. I was meaning to put a post out here about it but never got to it, I just may one of these weekends......
Woah...thats some serious $hit if you paid for HRE and received CCW wheels. Hope it all works out for ya.
Yes they took care of it and sent out a pick up tag for the wheels and credited my account back the entire amount but it is still a shame that people do business like this. I guess if its too good to be true then it is......
Update guys...Chuck at HRE has really gone out of his way to make sure my rear 19" with the clear problem was fixed and back to me asap. He had it reworked and back to me in one week. I was skeptical at first after reading these post and past dealings myself but for whatever reason he turned it on a dime for me and it looks great. I promised I would give him props and rightfuly so. Matt

But my question is why didn't they take care of you at first rather than making you jump through hoops and having to start this thread. No HRE's for me
Just had a minor accident with my tire running flat and damaging the rim, and Wheel America was used thanks to Tito's suggestion. I will say they did a great job, and it was 1/3 the cost of HRE with a SHORT a@@ turnaround time of 1 day! Even my rim was a little out of being true, and that was also fixed for a whopping $110.00! Thanks Tito and everyone else on this thread for the words and support, but damn HRE's service-especially with all the other posts with crappy experiences here

Matt if I may, $ amount?
0. It was all done on their dime, overnight shipping too. Matt
Mine looked great for about 2 weeks until I got caught in some rain. The water spots polished out very hard and let the finish duller than before. I tried everything buit finially sent them to Cal Chrome.
Yea I think they're already gone. I aint ready to drop $6k tho. Those rims are money, but pain in the ass to get. Need some USA dealers for Startech. Their exahust also looks good.
Honestly I don't know for sure as I did not see a serial number, but I paid for next day air service. Like I said before, the rim designs look great but HRE's service was just terrible IMO. I run my own little business and I run mine a LOT differently and never even had a customer allege anything like this to me regarding my company. For the money spent, I ended up getting a scratched up rim and told to basically go screw off. Who knows, maybe I got a different rim back and someone else got my good rim-lol. I wrote it off, but I would still never buy an HRE rim due to their service problems even outlined by other Alley members on this post AND the PM's I received from other members.
HRE are nice wheels but my friend has IForged wheels and they are very nice. Great customer service. I hope they have wheels for the Viper. MY friends supra looks very good with them.
