URGENT: Question

My car is at port and clearing customs.
They r asking me the 'engine' number of the car.
Access to the car itself is denied until i provide them with this damn number.

I have the title and the Vin number at hand.

Is there a way to find the engine number by using my vin number?

One more thing.
I have managed to get the MDH # which is smaller than the VIN #.

Wat is this MDH # ?

if u see inside, on the side, of ur door in the viper, there is a sticker that mentions ur VIN # and this MDH #.

wat is this # ? could it be the engine number?

thx again guys, but this freakin thing needs to be solved asap cuz as each days passes they r charging me port fines on the car.

MDH is the month, day, hour of when the car was built.


I'd suggest you call a dealer such as Woodhouse or Tator and see if they can get the engine number from Chrysler using your vin#
