Well, finaly, the ACR came in today. Picked it up at the Stealership and its a badass!
Blk w/Red Drivers Stripe and HardCore Pkg.
Wanna thank Mark (Rocman) for helping me stay halfway sane through the ordeal.
Met up w/Richie tonight, we took alot of pics...Richie will post up soon.
Last night I went down to Tampa to hang out with Andy. Yesterday he picked up his new ACR. It is black with the red stripe & the hardcore package. In person the ACR is intimidating. It is everything Mark said it was and more. Maybe it is just the color black and the way the red offsets it. Everything is black. The carbon fiber look on the top of the spoiler was tight. The car has a menacing stance. This all adds up too one bad ass and unique car.
While driving we had a couple of ricers pull in back of Andy and in back of my car as were stopped at a light. Then I hear of guys screaming.... HOLY FUCK it's a new ACR-HOLY FUCK-. Well dam these kids just summed up the way I felt and they not only knew what it was they were in awe like most are of the baddest Viper to date. At any angle you know this is no ordinary Viper. Since I had my camera with me I snapped off a picture of Andy as these kids were drooling.
While taking some pictures of the new ACR we had a S/C C6 drives by us with his head hanging out the window. He comes back around and pulls up alongside us. He is staring intently on the ACR and then his head starts to nod in approval so fast he looked like a bobblehead doll being abused as his head weaved and bobbed. Whoever said Vette guys don't have heroes are wrong.
Andy flipped me the keys and I had a chance to feel this beast firsthand. Everything I did not like about my SRT was corrected in this car. I am use too fast cars and bikes so a stock Viper is disappointing to me. The 08 took care of that with almost 100 more ponies and a lot less ass. I still do not like the stock shifter. It is too tall for my liking and my only complaint. The old run flats just plain suck and don't work on performance cars if you believe in safety or traction. The ACR has the Pilot Sport Cups which I have a set of in 18's for my Viper. Great tires and they seem to track better on the ACR then on my Viper. This is a finely tuned race car for the street in my opinion. I took the same turns twice in my Viper and then twice in the ACR. I am a believer after feeling the stability. I liked everything about the car. If I decide on buying another Viper I already have my next one picked out.

WOOHOO!!!! Looks bad ass!! I am very happy for you. I know exactly how you feel. Go out and enjoy it. I just got back from Super Car Sunday. A lot of Vipers there. I took some pics that I will load up on another thread. Man, take that bad boy to a local car show and see how many people take pics. It's pretty crazy.
