Electrical Problem Help!?

Took my 04 srt10 to the paint shop. After they painted it and pulled it out it had an electrical issue. After turning the key in the ignition, the shift light turns red, and the lights on the gauge pack are all red. The radio still turns on, lights turn on, car alarm works, but the car will not turn over when I push the start button!? I tried kick starting it with no success. Anyone have any ideas what's going on? Even a jump start didn't get my car running? Is there some sort of Toe sensor to adjust or some safety/anti-theft feature that has activated? Going to take to to Dodge if I don't find the issue. Hopefully I can get some input and get it running. Thanks everyone for your input.

PCM's off line. It could be the anti-theft SKIM key got out of sync. (secret key/rolling code alithgram) Try disconnecting the battery for 10 minutes. Then reconnect the battery, use the fob to unlock it and try again. If you pissed it off good you'll have to leave the key in the ignition in the run position for about 45 minutes. Have a battery charger on the car set on trickle so the battery won't flat line.
