Yeah but the ACR only took third place, so it must not be a very good car.

Who cares about the ZO6, the fact that the ACR smashed the GT2 is pretty amazing. I had heard that the GT2 was raster around the ring than the Carerra GT. Get that ACR out to Germany already!

I think w/the 1Lap of America results, and the above stats, we can say Dodge has raised the bar! Wait till the ACR gets a few power mods..look out!

Makes sense to me..
470hp/435lbft
Thing is a fucking boat compared to the viper and Z06.
Doesnt it weight like 3850lbs or something?
thats nearly 800lbs more then a z06
And nearly 400lbs more then a viper...
With less then 500hp to boot...
Badass car and the drivetrain is state of the art.
- But I can see great 60 numbers but I knew it would struggle in the 1/4.
(I am not going off the magazine it just makes sense to me).

How can they give the GTR 1st place when its slowest in almost every category. Is this a performance test or a daily driver test?

The GTR's clutch was probably fried because someone used the launch control more than twice. Seems like all the recent tests are showing that you can't exactly beat physics after all. Me thinks the the ZR1 is gonna have its hands full on a road course.

What do you expect from Car and Driver, if they had thrown an 3 Series in that test somehow the 3 Series would have gotten 1st place
