From what I gathered a 150shot would be ideal, 200 is kinda on the limit. But as long as you do it right and be safe with it you should be ok... i.e plugs and such.

I was planing on keeping the 150jets in and switching in the 200 for certian big races

Just search the site BOTH of them. (This one and the viper club site). Between the two sites and all the tuners out there, there's an answer to your question somewhere you just need to find it. Most questions have been asked a million times already anyways.
