Hi there, anyone has a cause of action and want to join me in suing VCA? I posted short test results we did between modded 05, 06 and 08 vipers - and the moderator first accused me of lying, then he said that critics of 08 are unwanted and banned me from the forum. I was member since December 2004 and had approx. 270 posts.
As you can see he also accused me from wrongful registration which is total BS because I registered in 04 with my VIN number and everything and it was after they 'updated' their board in 06 or 07 when they messed all numbers together and up. Anyway - enjoy reading. My blood is boiling.

and you are NOT going to take this argument to the forums to debate it. If you do so
THOSE posts will be removed and you will be permanently banned. And it is VERY
difficult to sneak back in here, especially with an IP address in Europe. Please

And you misunderstood what I said, I jreally don't have the time right now for you to
start a fight on the forums about the 08 that I will have to manage, but that was a
secondary thought to the street racing issue. I removed the post due to the street
racing issue.
The 08's are sold out by the way, no worries there and that is certianly not a concern
of mine anyway. And freedom of speech in NOT the issue here. You agreed to abide
by the rules of the forum when you registered here.
And I did not coclude or interpret anything, you wrote what you wrote and it was
obviously on public roads. If you had rented a track or other closed course you would
have and should have stated that. You did not, and you know that you did not and
you did this on public roads and you and I both know it, that makes it street racing,
period, and we don't allow posts about that. It is what is is, you just don't like it and
want to reverse it.
Not gonna happen. Accept it, it ain't that big a deal. Move on.
I might add that your registration also violates the rules as you put in a fake VCA
number so I could simply ban you for that so it might be a good idea to stop pushing.

Hi there, about 2 hours ago I posted a comparison between three vipers - 05 with 3.55 rear end, 06 with paxton and stock 08. In the test we concluded that 08 was not faster in daily driving compared to 05 with 3.55 rear end, that 08 had mechanical improvements but that DBW (drive by wire) feature was sloppy and generally unwanted. Nowhere in my post was stated where (public road, racetrack, airport field) we concluded our tests.
As a result my post was banned stating it supported illegal activities and in the following response I was told that the post was generally unwanted because it criticised 08 model.

Without any evidence, just based on your opinion, you are concluding that I and my friends engaged in illegal activities. At the same time you are concluding that my post is generally unwanted, because it criticise some aspects of an 08 Viper. Do you understand what are you doing? Will you be strong enough the defend what you just did in front of forum members? The ones that you should help but not determine what they van and cannot see?
Please do answer this because I just don't think what to think of this. There is only one parallel I could compare this with... he was called Goebels and his time was 70 years ago.

And the thread has another problem, it obviously targets the 08 as undesireable and is going to lead to a big crapfight with those who bought an 08 attacking you. No one wants to hear their 90k car that is a couple months old can't measure up. And frankly you ain't Car and Driver, every Magazine road test so far has raved about the improvements the car has. You come along with no credientials and go out on the open road with a couple other cars and arrive a wild conclusion that the 08 ain't worth buying. It's too inflammatory.

I'd appreciate you putting the thread back. You can add that thet test was performed out of a public roads if you will.

This is the rule.
The Viper Club of America nor its sponsors condone illegal street racing. As such, there will be no posts promoting or reporting such activity. This includes descriptions, pictures, or videos. The VCA encourages you to "take it to the track" and drive safely.

for what exactly? What damages have you suffered? It's a PRIVATE site so you can't claim 'freedom of speech'.

If you were posting about doing this on public roads (and if it was obviously on public roads) then it sounds like a legit ban. And Lee never said he didn't allow criticism of the 08, but just that your post would also serve simply to inflame.

Hmmmm, rumor has it that you were warned about high-speed stakes on a public road and that was the main reason the thread was removed (a pretty normal reaction for that site). But you were banned because you took your whining to a whole new level and posted several PM's in a whole new thread entitled "Censorship on this forum" - and from the main site admin, not just a moderator. Bad form on just about any forum.
