SRT10 drag video

Sorry about the crappy quality but I'm still learning. I just wanted to show the quality or lack there of in this case of the new track. I was up against a car with slicks and skinnies and he never caught me.

12.5 @115. Last year with 240 hp less, I ran 12.2s @ 120+ all day long

do you have your car detuned from 835rw? because you should have 140+ trap speeds regardless of et and the more you spin you will get alittle higher trap speed. i had 626rw and i ran 10.95@137 with a 2.02 60'. just wondering atleast your having fun and thats why you built it.

Ok, the SRT only has 674 rwhp. The GTS has 835 RWHP but I was running the conservative tune card which is 788 RWHP since I couldn't get traction. And the track is at 3200 feet, with altitude correction (1.0409 for 3200) = 137.75 mph @ 788 rwhp.

ok i was just wondering i also hear that these paxton cars pick up alot with smaller tires or a gear change because the need rpm to make the power so even if you have to shift 5th it would put you in the power band more often and faster i was at doug levins shop and he had a blower car with 22" rims and mid 600s and the owner said it felt slow but the swapped to a higher gear (3.55) and it was night and day.

I have 3.55s and they are too much..going to 3.33 or back to 3.07
