My bagged viper carbon fiber wheel up-date bad news!!
Well as you all know I ordered these 360 forged wheels back in January this year, They for the last two months, have lied about everything! They charged my credit card $6400, said they made the wheels and shipped them 2 weeks ago. So I asked for the tracking number because the never showed up, they lied about having a tracking number and then made one up! The shipping company that they use said "they haven’t shipped a set of wheels for months", Jordan the guy that runs the show there at 360 forged is a
F U C K I N G Liar and can not be trusted. Watch your money if thinking about going with 360 Forged for a set of wheels. They F u c k e d me, now I haft to fight with the credit card company to get my money back. What a nightmare this has all been.
So I need to find another wheel to put on my viper. Here’s a picture of the wheels that I ordered but never got.
Im thinking about selling the viper now, I have the brand new Tires for 19's and 20's I will buy any wheel you want if you want to buy the viper off me. make me an offer

You are full of it. 360 forged is a great company and you will find nothing but positive reviews about Jordan and his staff. I have no ties to them at all, but I know they stand by there products 100%. If you do seriously have a problem with them Jordan will set it straight.

They are also a forum vendor at corvetteforum.com and I have also heard great things about them. I'm not calling you a liar, but just post over there and see what kind of response you get from 360 Forged (His SN). I don't think this whole thing is worth selling your Viper for, unless you just didn't want it in the first place.

Class?? haha look at the language you use in your posts...real classy. Anyway all Im saying is 360 forged has nothing but positive reviews from everyone and anyone they deal with other than you. So if you really have a problem, or something went wrong with your order, then they would take care of it. And sorry I dont have respect for bagging a viper. Do what you like i guess, but that doesnt mean I have to like it. Just stating an opinion.
I knew I would have to do some damage control on this one. For those of you who know me (Jordan) and my company, 360 Forged - You know that we are a professional, stand up company with nothing but good reviews, and happy customers.
This guy Steven is a nice guy, and I'm sure he's just angry and venting, but theres no need to post bad reports on 360 Forged Steve. We are late on his wheels, but I always let customers know that the CF5ive carbon fiber wheels take time to produce, and I never gaurantee an exact date. I told Steven that he would get his wheels on Tuesday (today), he called my office on Friday demanding tracking information. My shipping manager Tony had been dealing with other issues all day and was not able to provide him with the numbers, I called Steven from my cell phone to assure him that the wheels would arrive Tuesday - he didn't want to hear it, and told me that if the wheels arrive on Tuesday he would dispute the charges and keep the wheels regardless. I immediatly called BAX Global and had the shipment re-directed back to us in order to avoid a loss.
We have already put through authorization for a return on his credit card, no hard feelings. Now we have a brand new set of 19" / 20" CF5ive wheels ready to ship to any Viper owner who wants them. I will take pics of them tomorrow along with the shipping documents showing that they were in fact shipped when I told him they were and that they were arriving today. They came back to our shop this afternoon, and we now have them in our posession.
Steven, had you been a little patient you would have an insane set of wheels on your car right now - today you would be showing it off, instead you are up on the computer angry and frustrated.
All of our customers love us and have nothing but great things to say about us. I'm very sorry this didn't work out with you, good luck with future wheels.
By the way, he also got a $2000 discount on these wheels and we had to design a new CNC program to make a 5 spoke wheel compatible with a 6 lug vehicle. We actually took a loss on this sale.
I'll give these wheels away for next to free to the first Viper owner in S. Florida who wants them - just so we can do a photo shoot! Sorry Steven, next time be patient, I know your buddy on the phone was egging you on, but now look what happened, no wheels, and another Viper owner will have them at next to nothing.
