Sounds good to me. However I would like to know if you guys gave him a false tracking number.
we don't play games, from what I understand Tony, my shipping / production manager was overwhelmed with our setup for a local event on Friday as well as all the shipments for the day, he says he must have given Steven the wrong number, or there was a miscommunication. There is no reason for us to give false information. We don't really beat around the bush, if they didn't ship we would gladly tell him.
I still dont understand why all the run around...........
Why dont you ship them to me and make this problem right??
Why the false tracking number?
Why would you not give me the info I needed?
I dont care any more
Ill say this once, 360 forged and I could have a great relationship if those wheels were in my hands, Jordan its now up to you to make this right........
Ship me my wheels.
And make me your customer once again.
A Pathetic post from the customer and bitterness towards customers from the seller
I think the truth lies somewhere in the middle here and 360 is not blameless.
Customers can be a complete pain in the ass, but they are customers and paying gives them every right be be bitches. If your guy gave him the "wrong" tracking number which just happened to not exist then you owe him an apology.
This is pretty simple, 360 could have taken the high road and shipped him the wheels. Money is money and a transaction should be completed, it still can be.
Beacuse Steven, you decided to publicly humiliate my company. We've been so succesful because we take care of our customers, and we provide a quality product. When I told you on Friday that you would receive them on Tuesday you should have just relaxed and waited for them instead of going nuts on me.
As immature as this sounds, I would like a public apolagy here on viperalley, in exchange for you publicly defacing my company. You give me that, and you have my word that I will ship these back to you first thing tomorrow, and I will personally call you with the tracking numbers, and apolagize for this mess.
I know this sounds stupid guys, and I'm embarrassed to even be involved, but we plan on having a large presence on Viperalley in the next few months, and I want to be sure that our name is clear and our rep is good, as it is everywhere else. We bend over backwards for our customers, and our reputation is very important to me.

While I see your point, I do not agree with it. The customer is always right, and you have to suck it up. I have customers that are some of the dumbest, lying, egotistical pieces of shit you will ever meet, but you have to always put your best face on and deal with it professionally. I would NEVER dream of asking a customer for a public apology no matter how shitty they are. A public apology will do nothing for your business, only boost your ego, not to mention that it is very childish.
I have had customers that I would have loved to pay for a plane ticket for them to talk the shit in my face, but being the professional that I am, I bite my tongue. It is a part of doing business, and you just have to deal with it. You take the good with the bad. If your business was filled only with happy, polite, wonderful customers, everyone would be selling wheels. Perhaps if you posted his tracking info here to answer his callout, I think most of the drama could have been avoided. If you want to be successful, you can not pick and choose your customers. If anything, your post does not help your image here. Just my observation.

I can see the seller being pissed but he should take the high road and just part ways with the customer and recoup his money from someone else. It makes both parties look bad. The vendor should really be concerned with his rep HERE over the other guy though.
Synopsis: Customer whines like a bitch to a busy company. Company knows the wheels are going out and just gives the guy a number to shut the fuck up. Company then ships wheels, and douche customer says that he will dispute charges. Reputable company then says fuck you, as would I.
I have heard a ton of good things about 360. If you want the latest technology in a wheel design, have a company that will re-tool to get you a 6 lug version of a wheel they only make in a 5, and then get a gritty snatch over it taking too long, you are a moron.
360 has more patience than I have. Me, I would give them away before taking a dollar from your dumb ass.
All of you who run to the keyboard to deface companies are really pretty pathetic. I wish at times vendor reputations weren't so important so they could put those little babies in their place.
Reps to 360 for building a bad set of wheels and having more patience than I could ever think of having.

i know the seller is pissed i could be pissed too but for me i can't imagine my self humiliating my customer by telling him :
"Sorry, next time be patient, I know your buddy on the phone was egging you on, but now look what happened, no wheels, and another Viper owner will have them at next to nothing."
but thats me.
and dont get me wrong i dont know both and i wish they fix this.
