Not sure what info is for public consumption but it seems at least a few of the cats are out of the bag:
A UGR silver SRT convertible went I think 9.81 @ 150 or so on street tires...
A UGR B/W SRT with slicks made only a half a test pass and was FAST like in the neighborhoods of a 1.3 60', 5.6 or so 1/8th at a pretty low boost. Looked insanely fast that first half of the track. I'd be shocked if it doesn't make some low-mid 8 second passes soon!

when you say 20 inch tire, were the rims spinners? want to know if my viper on gold and chrome spinners can do the same
I foresee a red dot in your very near future to go with your gold and chrome 20" spinners. If you are a kick ass driver, have enough goopy goop on the tires & track, have a UGR twin turbo system, and the car set-up right; then yes, you can do the same.
My bad, your question was directed to UGR. My apologies.
I can attest to the fact that yes in theory anyone could get similar results with an UGR built car. In other threads the skeptics always have chimed in with suspicions of flat out cheating or top secret elaborate prep but I was down there with them twice last month and their cars are EASILY capable of these times all on their own. They build and set up the cars right, that's about the only "trick" thing going on down there. Kevin is indeed an awesome driver as well. But as far as any tricks or cheats or goopy goop or what not, it ain't happening. That silver SRT ran 9 second passes over and over with UGR literally hot lapping it even - just driving up to the box, doing a quick burnout, and squeezing it out of the hole. Nothing applied to the tires, no tricks. The track did some pretty good prep for the day, but thats about it and nothing I would consider out of the ordinary. In fact the day the SRT was running there was some pollen crap in the air that was covering the track in the afternoon, and I would have considered the track condition pretty POOR actually, and the SRT still cracked off some 9's. My car basically ran a 9.02 @ 165 on DOT tires and low-middle boost DESPITE me being a barely adequate driver. I couldn't help but feel that I was the weak link and that the car is capable of much much more with some more seat time and driving that was even "decent".
P.S. The spinners might cost you a tenth or two!
