I need a trans for my 03, will a gen 2 trans work?
My 03 srt needs a new trans, I'm wondering if the trans is the same for gen 2 as gen 3.

Anyone know if I will come into any problems if i put a gen 2 trans into my gen 3?

I called another dodge dealer and they said that I do still have the 7/70K warrenty.

They said there is a problem inside the trans ( no shit ) anyways, they ordered a bunch of parts for the trans and will put them in. Does anyone know what it takes before they replace the trans????

it was really funny holding all type of clutches and such in our hands... and not having a clue where they went. and having left overparts when it went back together...
next time maybe a shop manual would have helped.
