Leave it to you to turn things around and skew the facts on this one. The guy clearly stated the Z jumped both times and they had to let out before the Viper had a chance to run him down. Yes the Z is an extremely fast car, has great abilities, it is no match for the almost 75rwhp more. The power to weight ratio are about the same, but Dodge has done a GREAT job with the 08. I was extremely impressed.
And yes, the Z06 took the hit the first 2 races just as we let the C5 Z06 take the hit. The C5 Z06 seemed like it was standing still next to us. Now stop making Z06 owners look bad... we call trash talking little cubbies marshmellow men "RICERS"
Just watched the other two races. The Z got the hit in both of them. It's the only way that car is gonna win against the '08 Dodge. The race where the viper wins clearly shows it's pulling away with some authority. ha
The Z06 had a 240 lb PASSENGER while the Viper DID NOT. The Viper also got the slight jump which makes a difference.
Take OUT the passenger in the Z06, take OUT the the hit from the Viper, and do the race again. If the Viper STILL wins, then that is a different story. As of now, there is ABSOLUTLY nothing to brag about.
It will be a very close race with equal circumstances. And that is with the Z06 having a 50 rwhp disadvantage.

Maybe if you clean the jiz out of your eyes and take that dildo out of your ass you would start comprehending that the Vet had a 230 lb passenger, got the jump, and won 2/3 races. Had the Vet not had the passenger and gotten an equal start, the score would have been 3/3 for the Vet.

It seems you forget the z was modded and still got WALKED.
And judging from the way it was pulling cancel out the 230
lb passenger in the z and I still see it getting pulled.
On the runflats and having constent KR on the top of third it was ok. 11.3 will be had soon enough. When the car gets back and especially with the bolt ons. Moroso isn't the greatest track to get good numbers. But shit im still trying. The car has ran a couple of guys on the street and they have all said it is strong. Im still working out the launches. 1.993 60' ft is the best so far. When the car is back from the shop I hope to break the high 10's on radials.
