It does not cost that much to have a TT go that fast. A GT700 kit will easily achieve and shatter those times, and that is a $25K job. The fact that it ran that fast on 20's is what is amazing.

Seriously, probably street tires as well. The Viper is clearly on slicks with racing wheels, and still gets blown away.

With the AWD the Turbo could realize virtually a simular launch on the street, where any Viper would be helpless
