So, I entered my 04' SRT into the Alameda Classic car show last weekend. It went very well, as there was a lot of interest in the Viper. There was a GTS being shown also. For those of you who own the GTS, it is a good thing you didn't see this guys ride. The owner was not exactly very detail oriented with his Viper. One thing that stood out was his engine, it looked as if he had never cleaned the thing off, ever! The engine block was about the color of this web site, it made my skin crawl. Even my wife made a comment. LOL I also had a chance to push the car a little today in the twisties, good times. I never did find the traction limits, but alas I am not worthy of such a fine machine. I still run the original tires and I think they suck, the never feel warm and sticky. I am looking foward to the day I can swap them out for some real tires. My Vipe is bone stock except for Nav and a Ipod adapter.
