I can't believe how the King can just constantly own Fagi like this. You would think Fagi would just disappear off the planet, but he keeps coming back for a heaping dish of the Kings humiliation. Long live the King.
Any man with half a brain would , but lets face it; Flatbed Fagi is my pet and he doesn't have much sense. A stumbling mongrel like he, is just happy to have a home.
Not to mention most of the tests done are on bone stock Vipers. Sorry but Dodge does not tune the cars very well, and the intakes and exhaust are very restricted.
Throw on some simple mods like Smooth Tubes and a non restrictive exhaust and the Viper is a much faster car.
As for the 2008 Viper.......Its a beast. I think the Corvette Z06 is approaching the top of its performance due to that tiny V8. Won't be long now until the Z06 has a Supercharger on it to get to 600hp!
Look at the Ford GT, they had to throw a supercharger on to get that kind of horsy's from a V8!
As for the sound quality, well a V8 sounds nice but a V10 sounds like a raging monster.

Anyone else see what's wrong with this picture? It took me 7 months and 9,000 miles on my Viper to even run into another on the road and line up... (Always seemed to be going the wrong direction, stuck in traffic, or have a cop in the area etc...) Where exactly does Fadi live that he not only beats the odds and runs into tons of Vipers, but also happens to conveniently be in a situation where he can "smoke them" on the street!!?????

The Viper was penalized in the Car & Driver review due to its lack of creature comforts (i.e. cup holders, stability & traction control, heated seats, heads up display etc.). However, the '08 Viper beat the Z06 is every performance just like in the Edmunds comparo. The Vette and the Viper are two different types of cars.

Anyhow, what's wrong with the video? Just like Edmonds, it confirmed that the Viper is FASTER (0-60, 3.5, vs. 3.7 for the Vette, etc.) ... who cares about subjective crap like plastic cup holders? ...
... and oh yeah, I almost forgot, what are used Z06s worth now that the have become Viper bitches again? $39K? or or are they still holding above $40K now? ... I'll bet they become real popular with the 'Evo' crowd whenever (if) the 'supervette' finally comes out and they drop below $40K
Flatbed Fagi, at first I was concerned about the new Viper barely beating the Z06 but this new review seems to be more of what we expected; a complete ass whipping. Apparently, the other comparisons were done on snow covered surfaces, dirt roads. As it now appears, the Viper is driving the corvulva into submission. Some of these other forum members bring up good points, especially the one about resale value. In retrospect, good thing your finances collapsed when they did because that shitbox corvulva would be worth 10k less now than it was at that fateful time, when your beloved Z06 was hauled away. God, I love saying that.
P.S. Do you have any personal photos, taken on that fateful day, that you can share with us? I'd love to see a pic of Flatbed Fagi, weeping in his hands, as the dreaded flatbed is hauling his dream car away. Holy shit, I just can't help myself from saying that............again and again and again.....
