Judging by some of the other videos and pictures, I would guess taht it was staged. There are some pics of the viper wrecked on his page as well. Could that be from the pitt manuver?

Could be. But it seems awefully expensive to fly some NYPD cars to Europe just to wreck one Viper...

Considering the guys name is Colchesterdaz, I think that it would be safe to assume that the guy is from Colchester UK. My bet is that they were shooting something out there. The thing is, in those videos, I don't see a clue of crew or lights.
