Paxton Heat Exchanger

Has anyone ever seen one like is pictured below?

Any idea of the manufacturer of this double bypass system?

WOW, seems like that would really cut down on air flow to the radiator. What temp does your truck run with that thing installed?

The truck in the picture is mine. Its running the stock Paxton heat exchanger plus one designed by Boomer (X-metal) for the SRT Ram. The truck dynoed 702 rwhp/667 rwtq with the addition of water/meth injection and a tune through the VEC3 from Joe Donovan of PBJ.

The DC Performance blower flash/inlet system and 170 thermostat were a great addition. I road raced the truck a few weeks ago and the water temp never exceeded 200 degrees. My most recent one was in Pueblo, CO a few weeks ago where the truck was running up to 130 mph on the straights. Air temp was around 95 degrees. Nothing like passing a BMW Z4 and a few Porsches in the twisties with a 5000 pound truck!

The truck is also for sale in case anyone is interested. There is an extensive list of mods done on this truck including X-metal's lowering/handling kit and QA-1 adjustable shocks plus MUCH more.

I don't think X-Metal actually produces those - just resells - I'm curious if anyone knows the actual manufacturer...

I was under the impression from Boomer that he actually made them. Hopefully he'll set the record straight.
