Just bought a red 05 viper. How do I disable the traction control?

Shit what a pain in the ASS! Truly, you have to remove the drivers seat. Pull up the capet, pull the RED wire out from the Blue wire, reconnect the Yellow wire to the RED wire, while at the same time shopping for a Corvette if you want something that came with traction control!

Geezzz.........

I can't seem to light the tires up in 1st and 2nd gear. It was brought to my attention that possibly the car has a traction control that may be disabled. Of course a Corvette owner mentioned this. LOL Any ideas on how to smoke the tire???? I have had experience in the past with lighting up the tires but not with a Viper.. HELP!!!!!

It's a full moon today, isn't it? It just has to be, how else do you explain to absolute influx of inbred, brain damaged, loads that should have been swallowed waddling aimless into our quaint little swamp?

Guide to smoking the tires:

1) Start car
2) Push left foot down
3) Push shift knob left and up
4) Push right foot down
5) Lift left foot

Wash, rinse and repeat.

I think you should stop saying "lighting up the tires", and if you don't know how, you shouldn't be trying in a viper, it will write YOU off

If my clutch in slipping the tires will not light up. I'm going to take my viper to the dealer and see what he has to say about it. When a bought my car it only had 1500 miles. This car was mint. Now the car has 2000 miles. Don't no why the clutch will go that fast but something is wrong

Do us a favor and go back to the dealer and give him back the keys to that Viper ASAP. Then go over to the Chevy dealership, they have your new corvette waiting for you.

One more thing, do not come back here again.

Man the Viper alley is hilarious man....

Go to any mustang or camaro board were they have over 100,000 mass produced cars of the same style for the current camaro/mustang and those guys welcome you with open arms...

Go to the vette board were they have 30K plus per year of the current stlye and the same thing...Even though your an owner of ONE of the HUNDRED thousand C6's that have been made from 05-08..same thing ..OPEN ARMS...

Then come to the viper Alley and post up in the SRT10 section..I looked at the sats a few days ago and there were aprox. 6,000 SRT10's made from 03-06...

Not 100K per year like the mustang/camaros..not 30K per year like the Vettes..

BUT ONLY AROUND 6,000 SRT10'S IN THE WORLD MADE FROM 2003-2007..

So here you are one of the very few guys to own the car and ask a question..and BAM!!!!!!!!!!!Dont come back ever again..

Holy shit it's funny how it works out..

ill never be able to afford a lambo/ferrari....So you hard workin guys who own those..tell me..Are those boards the same way?

OR IS IT JUST US?
