traction control
Just bought a 05 red Viper. How do I disable the traction control. I cant'
seem to light the tires up in 1st or 2nd gear. any advice. Thanks

My brother has a Z06 and when he's in 1st gear or 2nd gear he gives it gas it lights the tires up. I do this with my viper it does not. Is their something wrong my viper?

Other than continuing to fuck with you, there is most definately something wrong with your Viper. There is no traction control, there has never been traction control and hopefully there never will be.
You should be able to roast those tires without even meaning to.

what's the problem with my car? My car is very very fast but the tires do not light up. What do you guys do for the tires to light up in first or second?

Maybe trying a different lighter fluid on the tires might help.

If you are unable to light up the tires on a viper, perhaps you should not be trying. Chances are the car will get away from you and will end up hitting something, hopefully not a pedestrian.

Never tried. but i was in the car when he did. tires just broke loose. never in a viper before intill now.

You know, tires breaking loose is not a good thing. Tires that do not break loose = faster track times.
