What are the differnences between the 2 sets of tires? I was going to go with the PS2's, but what curious about the PS Cup.

The PS2 is Michelin's newest high performance STREET tire. The Pilot Sport Cup is a track/competition tire.

Lots of good info here:

According to that site they don't have tires for the SRT in the PS Cup version. They have 345s but they are 18inchs not 19.

Treadwear rating PS2=220 & PS Cups=80, the lower the # the softer the compound hence more grip but less life. That's the tradeoff, depends what you want to use them for.

Im putting in 3.55 gears, and my original tires have about 15k on them. I needed to upgrade anyway. Going with the PS2's. I guess the Cups are out anyway, but thanks for the info.

Hoosier makes an R3S06 in your size if you really want grip, 0 treadwear rating

Street legal I used them on my Gen 2 with 3.55s, but on the road course

just to clarify on something, the ps2s fit the gen 3 rims right? I was told by a tire dealer that if my car has a run flat system like the old PS ones than I'd have to get those. Don't think they know much about them anyways, anyone confirm this?

They do fit. They tried to tell me the same thing probably because their computer told them that. "No spare tire = run flat tires only". I just got my PS2's in from JohnB at Parts Rack. He runs a world class service business. Very knowledgable and will treat you right.
