Mopar Hurst Shifter

I just got the Mopar Hurst Shifter, does anyone know if the MGW shifter handle fits, thank you.

I installed my mopar hurst shifter last summer and the MGW knobs will fit.

The MGW Gripper, they have two different lengths, 3 or 4 inch, which one should I get.

I have both but use the 4 inch most of the time for it gives me a little bit more leverage.
