A little frustrated

I'm installing the front KW coilover right now (rears are done) and I cant slide the upper part of the shock inside the shock mount to slide the bolt through. The bushing on the top of the coilover seems to be 1mm thicker than it should be. Any tips from those who have installed the KW's?

Edit: By the way, I ran into the same problem on the rears but eventually got them to slide in. The fronts just wont budge.

Sorry, I installed my Motons...but no issues. The rear was harder than the front.
