I suspect many of you on this board are also members of the VCOA's forum. I've attempted to join the forum on three occasions, and have been denied, with my e-mail inquires going unanswered. Although the board doesn't appear to have many people who actually wrench on their cars, I enjoy all sources of information, and like to post occasionally.
Although I don't currently own a Viper (have an '08 ordered), if ownership is a requirement to participate in the VCOA's forum, I won't be joining even after receiving my '08. If ownership isn't required, then their moderators are nothing short of rude. Great car, but the VCOA organization is looking pretty bad. Anybody know what's going on over there?
BTW - this board actually has pretty good content.
Thanks,
Sean

Dear caseyse,
Unfortunately your registration at Viper Club of America
Discussion Forums did not meet our membership requirements.
Therefore your registration was deleted.
If you have a yahoo or other free e-mail address, I believe, it doesn't let you join because a lot of spam can come from those.
No free e-mail, used my pacbell.net account. If ownership isn't a VCOA board requirement, I wonder if they have a problem w. my being a member of this board. Three denials to join their board doesn't appear to be an accident.
The VCA forum seems to have changed a lot. I even made a thread over there but it was moved. Seems like a lot of the assholes have loosened up with the new mods. About time & I saw some alley regs in Sneaky Petes. But I did see one whiner Gringoray complaining about the hoodlums over here.

Haha, that was funny Richard, he shot off his mouth and got dogpiled Chris let it go for quite a while
I go there every day now, not to run amuck but I hand out some of my valuable advice
Mike, about 4-5 years ago I had to refer to my porn as "soup", seriously Flanders would not let me say the word "porn". So I wanted to piss him off and made a post "who wants some free soup" I got 200 replies and addresses and I fulfilled them all
I am no longer active in the adult industry, I am retired and live on the Viper forums
i agree, its a deal with the devil but it will most likely help him get into the VCA site forums.....
Devil here. I believe Sean should be 100% fixed up now on the m.org. Force fed his request through the system and bypassed the gauntlet. Not sure why it would have been declined, but will find out. 99% of the time it is done by one of two people - both of which will make sure a real reason is given (bad e-mail, etc.). Regardless, all is well over at the former soup kitchen.
