Patrick-redsrt-i think-or did think a lot of you and Jack, but instead of returning my phone calls, you and Jack thought it best to crucify on me on your website. if Jack would man up and take my phone calls, i would have returned his $99 a LONG time ago. but since i dont have his credit card number (he payed by check) i cant do that. since he wont answer the phone when i call, have him send me a paypal invoice the refund i and i will glady give it back. btw the shifter i sent to you with overnight shipping was $625, and the free seat handles i sent jack were $60
let me know how you would like to pay for that. oh, never mind i heard you sold it. just like all of the other free swag you have gotten over the years as a forum owner.

Gary,

This seemly has turned into a pissing contest, with way too much drama for me.
Those that have chosen to hitch their horse to your cart, are OK with me to do so.

I called you this past Tuesday June 19,2007 and after waiting on hold for a few minutes I was told "He is in a meeting". I left my name and asked that you call me back. No response.....................

You did send me a set of seat levers that were unsolicited by me. Upon receipt I called you and asked what that was about.......
You said there was no charge or obligation in any way, and it was an act of friendship, but if I could install them and post some pictures on the VTCoA fourm you would apprediate it. I did and the thread was well recieved. I have since come to regret that decision as you have been trying to use it as a club to try and beat me up with.
There are those that don't give without the expectation of recieving something in return. I am soory if I did not meet your expectations.

I sent you check # 2782 in the amount of 139.32 which you cashed on October 11, 2006. This was for a pair of your billet door sills. I recieved a package from you about a week and a half later. Inside the package was a pair of door sills that looked like they had been folded in half. There was however no damage to the shipping box. I returned these to you with confirmation of delivery.
I spoke with you a month after this and you indicated that you were having problems with the shop you used for anodizing. You told me that you were working on another shop to do this and would have it worked out soon.

I cannot believe that you do not have my address on file.
I contacted you by phone two months after that and asked about the door sills. At that time I asked for a refund of the money I had paid you. You informed me that you had the problems almost worked out and please be patient. I agreed to wait some more.

Shortly after that you sent me the seat levers.

More months go by, and still nothing from you.

I cannot believe that as a "real" business you do not have my address on file.

The decision to nonrenew your vendorship status on the VTCoA was made after much thought and discussion. It was not an easy one as you are very personable and likeable. I have spent many hours on the phone, Email and PM, regarding issues that some of the members on the VTCoA had regarding your products and their delivery. I did everything I could to try and keep everyone concerned happy.

You would come on the Forum and promote a new product and then disappear for weeks at a time. There were many that could not get a response from you after numerous attempts. I myself became weary of telling members what a great guy you were and I am sure that you will get your parts, or the problem would be rectified.

Gary I wish you all the success that you deserve, and all the best to you and your family.

i recently purchased a set of billet valve covers from gary @ x-metal engineer-
ing. tell ya what, i'd do it again if i had another car. gary was very pleasant
to talk to. went into great length on how the billet covers were fabricated.
sent me email pics. price quote was price paid. however the most important
point is the valve covers. they look awesome with the sneaky pete logo smack
dab in the middle. the covers really look great next to my new roe supercharger. x-metal is a fine company to work with.

I'll put my vote in that Gary/X-Metal/Boomer is a truly stand up and honest person who I will do business with anytime! When I had trouble getting the gears installed in my RamSRT-10, Gary called the installer and guided him through the problem in question. I have bought more than I care to add up, but you can bet that I will continue to buy from him. His work is of the HIGHEST QUALITY,PERIOD!!! If all that everyone is worried about is if he pays for 'vendor status', I'll gladly pay it!
Yea, at times he is hard to get ahold of,why?? Cuz he's not sitting on his a$$, he's in his shop making truly awesome works of art! Keep your chin up Boom,I'm with ya 110%

I am new to viper alley although I browse here often, Gary has gotten a bad rap from a few sour apples on VTCOA, my whole truck is modded with X-metal products and they are all excellent, Gary designs and makes his own products not just resale things from other manufactures, I believe him to be an asset to the viper/srt ram community, he has been nothing but honest with me, never selling me products that actually didn't increase hp, he got railroaded on VTCOA and I think that viper alley is fortunate to have him, just my $.02

In my opinion............

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The person you are probably referring to is a business associate & a
friend of ours. Lately there has been a mixture of truth and untruths passed around by keybords & word of mouth that is not true &/or accurate information & is circulateing without substantiation.

On a professional level we respect him & his business, appreciate the
high-quality design work, manufacturing, etc. He is a very responsible, trustworthy person & runs respectable businesses.

I will definitely do future projects with X-Metal Engineering !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think people have enough information to make their own opinion. Threads have been posted with the numerous unhappy customers. There are tons of them on the boards to see. There are obviously some happy customers as well. It's quite obvious that stinker/gary have gone to call in every noob that has never posted here to come shower him with praise.

While you are showering him with praise, will someone check his pockets for all the money he owes to people for not sending them stuff?? I notice he still hasn't donated to the board to which he is making money from. So typical of gary.

ok, im new here but i got a phone call about this thread and thought i would come over and give my .02 cents worth.

gary makes awesome products that bolt right up. the bling factor is off the chart and i have received many compliments to date,

his gen iv shifter by far is bad ass.

i have 2 srt-10 rams, a quad can and a regular cab and both have only x-metal parts except the h.i.d's and my train horn.

all of his products are first class all the way.

you're an idiot and need to get a life. go play with yourself in the corner or with your non-existent girlfriend you claimed to have over on the vtcoa, liar.

guys talk about a bad rep, this guy is very well hated and not welcome on the vtcoa.

hell there is even a thread by the owner stating all 1fast400 threads and posts will be removed.

take his word at a grain of salt

I disagree with you about Jack and the other members of that forum....but this thread is still about Gary's products from X-Metal and I have said before he makes Quality stuff....he has been hard to get a hold of at times.

The abortion of an install you did on Jgrnd truck was sickening.
that abortion lived, they were the shitty fuel lines that come with the paxton, yours on the other hand was more of a miscarraige than abortion

There is no doubt you do make SOME customers happy, however when you decide to screw a customer over, you do it in grand fashion. You are nothing more than a snake oil salesman who robs peter to pay paul. I go after you for the sole purpose of keeping others from getting screwed. Nothing worse than working hard for your money only to have a crook come take it.

Now I've said everything I've wanted to say about the uber douche, I'll leave the thread alone.
I might just come to the nats, I'm want to see how scared Gary will be, you talk alot of sh*t I wonder what you'll be like without your keyboard to hide behind and don't pretend like your trying to save people from getting screwed by Gary, you are such a self centered poser, half your stupid posts were about yourself, how much money you got, your hot girl that didn't exsist, and your amazing physice, you know you have no self esteem, stop bragging about your sorry ass while you try to ruin others rep, sorry to the alley but this dude hade it coming for a while, he was not liked on VTCOA by many

Well BExxon - how long has Boomer had your truck?

I personally know of plenty people he has ripped off - including myself. He is a snake oil salesman.

Just a question guys....what good are the folks that have lucked out to the degree that they actually got their shit when you have THIS many folks that he has ripped off? Do you just totally discount them? I just don't get it. Do the math - look how many people he's ripped off - and thats is just the ones on the forum that we know about. How many others have there been?

Check his BBB rating...UNSAT.

They way Stinker follows him around like a lost puppy dog is just plain pathetic...
