So where can I order the front license plate that attaches without screwing into the bumper? The cops out here are unforgiving but maybe I'll give it a try without the plate and see what happens.
Try it without the plate first. These cars look too goofy with front plates on them. If you start to have a lot of trouble, but the front plate mount from JonB at partsrack.
A buddy of mine in NY got a receipt for the plate bracket from his dealer stating it is on back-order with a "TBD" due date...he has used it at least once when pulled over and it worked.
Or another just puts it in his front windshield but the reflection must suck.

Been there, done that. Nice cop = no ticket. Typical cop that will pull you over for only a front plate infraction = ticket.
