Why are they $2000? I'm looking at Item number: 260062860094 on ebay.

I would advise waiting to see what the 2008 has to offer in the way of modifiable carryover parts. The oiling system is a 100% redesign up to the oil cooler, supposedly 100x better, bolted to the "same" basic block, in the same chassis.... It SHOULD be an easy carryover with a little machining, and they may even offer it as a performance part, who knows.

Excellent advice Daniel. Right now I'm f'd on my build till I can find an oil pan.! The SRT Rams one are on super backorder...

I will be on this subject like white on rice this spring... I am checking weekly for 2008 part availability to get my hands on the new oiling system, and see what can be done with it.
