I've been able to do that in some other pics before, but this would definitely be a challenge and lots of time.

I operate on a Mac and an Intuos 3 graphics tablet manufactured by Wacom. I love it so much I have one here at my work and one at home. I have a Wacom 12X18 for sale, about a year old. I bought it thinking I would need a bigger tablet when I moved up to the 30" monitor, but that thing is too big.
Wacom also makes an interactive monitor that lets you create directly on the screen. I used to have the Cintiq 18SX when it first came out, but they have a few different types available now, at lower cost. That's technology for ya.
