Same here, The dealers out here won't commit to anything yet. I bet they are hoping for the C6 Z06 mark up or the FGT mark up. Just have to wait and see. Since it won't be as fast as my GTS, hehe, I can wait.

Not me. I bought my 06 after I heard about the new 08. The though of a first year drivetrain from Dodge was enough for me, not to mention that it will be harded to mod. I plan on modding the hell out of it, so the 08 was not a good option, not to mention I got a smokin' deal on my 06!

Joel, you want a screen name to go with those supporter levels? The 08 looks/performs nice, but if you are into upgrades then I'd stick with an 03-06 model for sure. Or better yet a Gen 2 GTS.
Tanked, by 2012 the 2010 Gen 4 will be out and 2 years old by that time, but the way things are going in the world I think the Boss might be back before then.

The 08 viper is nice, but I estimate the price with the markups at 120grand plus for that amount I'll def, keep my 02 gts.

Maybe. It depends on what kind of discount will be offered at VOI-10 in 2008. I really don't expect big mark-ups. The car just doesn't look really any different to the average buyer, and +90hp is great, but it won't bring big mark-ups.

Second part to my question/ comment:
I am fully confident that SRT will wait for this 'blown blue devil' and surpass it by either throwing a blower on the Viper ( very easy to do w the compression ) of surpass the horsepower as with the cubes and low compression they clearly have the upper hand..
