Congrats!
Good for you on your new acquisition. I am new to the site. I made the mistake of looking around the "other" viper web sites, nevertherless, no more wasting of my time. I just took delivery of an 03 SRT myself about 4 weeks ago. It's very exciting! This is my second viper, so basically I have already been bitten! Have fun...be safe (most new viper owners have it wrapped around a pole in 3 weeks), and most of all *#&! the police!

I wrecked my last one after 2 months but I have had 4 Vipers (# 5 on the way), and have quite a bit of experience in many types of cars..."be safe" does not mean to drive slow - have fun but be careful.

I bought a Viper along time ago, sold it, bought another, then after 5 years and lots of mods, I sold that one. Only lasted a few months and tried a RT/10, sold that after a few months, then I bought a SRT10 and kept it for 6 months or so.
Wow, this is a great thread!

Enjoy!! After countless vettes, porsches and 600whp stangs, I found my way to Viper. I have been enjoying the experience ever since with no regret.

OK, everyone else chime in if YOU own or have ever owned or driven or at least seen a Viper in person. Pictures don't count.

I saw an RT/10 about two months ago. The plate said ULL LOZE. I was intimidated. I'd post pics, but I didn't take any.

I bought my first Viper three weeks ago. Maybe I'll get to drive it someday if Winter ever ends...
