Why is it that DC never has any special displays for the Viper at the Autoshow? They just seem to plop the Viper right on the floor and hope people find it. They did the same thing with the Coupe last year. I don't get it. I'm sure most of the people will be flocking to the "modded" Coupe, which is likely to never see production, while the actual production car is sitting in the background.
the car makes an incredible 675 horsepower, with the torque climbing even more – from the impressive stock 2008 number of 560 ft lbs to a mind-boggling 650 ft lbs.
The titanium parts means a higher rpm, but I wonder how much higher? For a 75 hp increase, what's missing from the parts list is a new camshaft and a replacement PCM (or new software flash?), and stiffer valve springs. I'm also curious if the stock VVT can now be controlled by the PCM to provide a hotter (75 hp hotter) cam profile.
I wish there was a little more information, as the parts shown aren't going to magically result in 75 more horse, without a modified tune and altered camshaft profile.

After searching for 15 minutes looking for this car I finally found it hidden away in the back of the booth. After I saw it I was thoroughly dissapointed.
I tried to find someone that could discuss the VVT, but as i figured noone knew anything about the car.
